MOORESTOWN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 8, 2016-- Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation (NYSE:CHMI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.49 per share on the Company's common stock for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable in cash on January 31, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2016.

In addition, CHMI announced that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per share in order to fulfill the requirement of distributing at least 90% of its annual REIT taxable income to stockholders. The special cash dividend is payable on January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2016.
