Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corporation (NYSE:CHMI) (the “Company”)
announced today that it is offering 4,500,000 shares of its common stock
in an underwritten public offering. The Company also expects to grant
the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 675,000
shares of its common stock.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general
corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of additional
residential mortgage-related assets.
